Today the news is very sad:
In March 2016, we, at ArunasNepalRelief, Inc. had contributed to help a Nepali mother who not only survived the Nepal earthquake but was hit by a bigger tragedy that no mother should have to face! Sadly, we got the very sad news that her very young and only son passed away about 9 days ago after his battle with Menimgioma, a form of brain cancer.
Our sincere heartfelt condolences to Mrs. Bhuna Shrestha and family!
Thank you all donor’s for helping yet, another Nepali family!
In the recent past:

After surviving the massive 2015 Nepal earthquakes, a single hardworking Nepali mother, Bhuna Shrestha finds out her son (one of her two children) who was their family’s only hope for a better future, studying and working hard in the US has been diagnosed with Menimgioma (A rare case of tumor that occurs within the membrane of the brain surrounding the central nervous system) that was 5 cm in diameter. Currently her son has been moved to John’s Hopkins.
Nischeet was at the Fredrick Memorial Hospital since 13th of September and is in critical condition. He has undergone 3 major brain surgeries with more on the horizon, and is being kept at the ICU for constant monitoring. As of October 1st, the doctors have confirmed that the tumor is cancerous and at stage 3. He has been moved to the Johns Hopkins center in Baltimore, MD where his health is deteriorating by day and the prognosis is not good.
We pray for you and family!
